Alessandro Pauri

Alessandro Pauri is a litigator who has represented clients in a variety of construction, business, consumer, personal injury, and real estate matters. The son of an Italian father and Nicaraguan mother, Mr. Pauri is fluent in both Spanish and Italian, permitting him to represent a broad spectrum of clients who have found it difficult to procure quality representation and counsel in their native tongues. Mr. Pauri graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He then returned to Southern Methodist University and earned a law degree.

Mr. Pauri’s practice is defined by his desire to zealously advocate for his clients in and outside the courtroom. Above all, Mr. Pauri believes that an effective attorney must be available to, and candid with, his clients. As a result of this approach, the bulk of Mr. Pauri’s clients are repeat clients. Mr. Pauri takes pride in the fact that his clients do not hesitate to call him. Each of Mr. Pauri’s clients is treated with respect, and it is for this reason that they continue to solicit his counsel.

Mr. Pauri has litigated numerous matters in arbitration, state district court, county courts at law, and federal court. He has taken key, high-stakes depositions throughout the country and has argued several dispositive motions to a perfect success rate. Mr. Pauri protects his clients’ interest by understanding their objectives and crafting concrete, and often creative, strategies for achieving them.”
